  • The process is carried out via an encrypted connection
  • Please have the following ready:
    a)    PC, Notebook, Smartphone or Tablet with webcam and microphone enabled
    b)    a valid (staff) ID or passport
    c)    confirmation of your registration address, if this is not shown on your ID
  • Start the identification process by clicking on the ‘Launch VR-VideoIdent now’ button
  • Enter personal details
  • An IDNow employee will then guide you safely through VideoIdent process via webcam
  • You confirm the process using an ident code which you will receive by text
  • We will then have access to the records including ID data once the check has been completed
     

POSTIDENT offline – through the post office
